Not your usual, cloying, tropical SB this has fresh, clean fruit lines with an undertone of balanced tropicals. Some charry, ash characters and a hint of blackcurrant leaf. Well made, with some flinty nutty barrel work adding persona over zesty tropical fruit slices. The flavour persists long through the back palate and very clean, stylish finish. A great example of the variety.
