Fruit grown in the southern regions of Western Australia.
West Cape Howe, Pinot Grigio, Western Australia, 2018
A slight blush to the colour in the glass. Soapy (of soaps, not dank) yet with fresh pears flesh/skin, soft rocket/arugula, anise/fennel, grapefruit citrus. Good weight to the slightly waxy, phenolic palate. Clean fruit lines with varietal nashi pear dominant with a minerally, quartzy crisp finish. A good, budget varietal (grigio) example.
