Singlefile, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Great Southern, 2018

A bit more oomph than the 2017. Opens with lifted lemon/lime citrus, with support from a green leaf and herbs over waxy passionfruit seed. Crisp palate, showing good layers and contrast of depth and lightness. Good Semillon citrus cut to the richness of the Sauv Blanc. Clean, fresh medium length finish with plenty of personality and balance.
