Intense, yet restrained aromas of stony minerality and citrus skins with light wheat kernel and musky chalk. As Daniel Johns and Silverchair sang, it’s all about the straight lines, no deviations here. Citrus heart/core with that crisp acidity crunching to a dry finish. Juicy, succulent pure riesling with inherent thirst quenching capabilities which will sit happily ageing for another 5 years.
