Smoky, twiggy, tangy dark forest cherries with plenty of undergrowth, smoked meats and dark raspberry. Toothsome, ropey tannins with vanilla like oak riding slick and sweet. Solid core of dark berry/cherry fruit, good push through the mid palate offering generosity from start to finish, Maybe a twinkle of heat in the eye to close, but nothing too concerning.
