Bruise purple. Choco plum and blackberry, rich mocha sweet oak and punctuated by vanilla. Hints of pepper and crushed leaf matter for savoury inputs. Smooth and unoffensive. Medium to full bodied with black and red berry notes, cedary French oak influences and supported by a fine, if simple tannin structure. A balanced finish without being hot or cooked. Does what it says on the label.
