Bremerton, Selkirk, Shiraz, Langhorne Creek, 2016

American oak wafting a light smoky vanilla cushion on which pepper, plum sauce, plum flesh reside with fleshy blackberry glimpses. Medium to full bodied with the aforementioned black pepper spice presenting first, before the melange of red and black fruits. The structure is where this wine becomes interesting. The tannin presents in a linear fashion, impelling the fruit onward before a chewy finish with well disguised acidity. Great value.
