A blend of Mount Barker and Margaret River from the vibrant stable of Vinaceous. The labels have been recreated to show some restraint from the carnival/vaudeville/burlesque tone they once had while maintaining that imagery enough for brand recognition.
Vinaceous, Salome, Tempranillo, Rosé, Western Australia, 2018
Pretty nose. Somewhat delicate with red jelly crystals, light tobacco/cigar filament, citrus skin and a dewy, grassy element. Crisp raspberry and cherry wrapping around inherent crunchiness and a fine dry finish. Give me summer evening and all the pintxos.
