Lime and lime washing liquid with a slight sea spray spritz minerality/freshness. Green apple, mandarin. Mineral, steely line, light musk and jasmine tea aroma. A little generosity of lime flesh to stick to the bones and allow youthful consumption. A little waxy with balanced well managed acidity. Quality drinking times and potential for medium term ageing.
