Offers up plenty of quality fruit driven aromas: dark cherry, kirsch, spiced plum, blackberry, clove studs and a hint of crushed eucalypt. Ripe without being crass, the medium-full bodied palate delivers with fine, firm tannins in balance with spiced blue and purple berries. The oak is used to frame the picture, not star in it. Quality and value.
