Taylors Estate, Cabernet Sauvignon, Clare Valley, 2018

Mulberry and tobacco with rose petal earthiness, cassis, Irish moss, Christmas pine and shiny aromas: easter egg chocolate. Maybe this is a holiday wine? Cassis heart and darkly spiced: Indian tea over choc ganache. Modern Cabernet with ropey tannins and an easy jubey finish.
