Bremerton, Coulthard, Cabernet Sauvignon, Langhorne Creek, 2017

An appealing deep garnet. Forthright aromas of cassis, blackcurrant while the savoury side of Cabernet is well represented: sliced black olives, torn bay leaf and a coda of fresh earth and eucalypt. Fine Cabernet black fruits wash through the medium-full bodied palate. Tannins are pervasive and loose-kint and to a somewhat shrill and tart finish. Will take a little time to come together.
