*Point in time and Revived. This aged release sees fruit sourced from the certified organic Ahrens family vineyard at Springton in the Eden Valley. Whole bunch pressed. Winemakers are Daniel Chaffey Hartwig and Theo Engela.

Hardly showing any age at all with just a hint of TDN (1,1,6-trimethyl-1,2-dihydronaphthalene) influenced “kerosene,” otherwise still showing a clean set of heels: lime and cumquat citrus, yellows floral, talc and wet slate. Still pure and delicate, espousing subtle texture with mineral, stony hints. Acidity still sings brightly and balanced. Have no problems putting it away for another 5 years.
