Bremerton, Coulthard, Cabernet Sauvignon, Langhorne Creek, 2018

Earthy beet vegetables, dusty violets, cassis, blackberry, olive tapenade, Mint Slice© biscuit and a little cigar ash. Mod Cabernet making with a supple, smooth front palate and almost satiny super-fine tannins through an easy medium length finish. Medium term ageing is possible, but it’s more a wine for enjoying now.
