Stalky red cherry and apple wood, fine and chalk juxtaposed with silty jelly crystal, even a touch of black currant pastille over campfire ash and rooibos tea. Silky front before austerity measures with ripe cherry, red apple, ropey fine tannin and dour dark forest floor. Chalky grip with saw like acidity. Curmudgeonly now, but will be very good.
