So named after Allegiance’s Tim Cox’s son (Thomas James and sibling to Emily Jane, who gets the Pinot Grigio). Fruit from the home base of Tumbarumba, NSW.

Light lemon hue. Fine varietal and clean aromas: candle wax, rich pear, ripe melon, marzipan and smoky creamy citrus. Enjoyable weight and heft, just waxy body with a clean, dry set of heels through the finish. Good undercurrent of acidity and energy. A very good example of the modern Australian “Gris.”
