Little Giant, Single Vineyard, Shiraz, Barossa, 2020

Deep to opaque purple. Fragrant: chary oak, deep spice, bourbon tinged vanilla, charred plum, licorice, fruit cake spice and peel, hints of pepper, choc eclair, nori, black olive and damp coffee grounds. Elegant, coffeed and savoury. Umami remnants and hyper fine tannin. A fine understated example.
