Easy raspberry fruit and leaf with herbaceous hints of anise/fennel and gun smoke. Choc milk sweetness/comfort and a stony edge. Generous damp red fruit profile with raspy just-so tannins that billow out to amaro-herb/spice tinged bittersweet earthiness, culminating in a bright flick at the coda. Familiar and ready for a rack of pork ribs.
