Dusty paper and bush flowers with licorice, meaty depth, white pepper, hints of Christmas needle pine and citrus bittersweet tang. Just medium bodied with an angled frame. Plenty of peppery spice and firm, flat tannins. Soursop note to the echoing red fruits and finishing crackling and dry.
