Rosyln 1823, Pinot Noir, Tasmania, 2021

Plenty of fragrant black cherry, blackberry, pencil, graphite, warm thyme, a little leafy undergrowth and burnt citrus peel. Silky front and middle with slick tannins. Sour/sweet cherry fruit focus. Attractive and generous with juicy concentration and a zesty lift. A touch of peppery spice makes for a nice seasoning.
