Bremerton Wines, BOV, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Langhorne Creek, 2018

Deep garnet with a bright rim. Earthy and full nose. Hints of eucalypt over chocolate, cassis, white pepper, rose petals, damson plums, dried herbs, pencil, cigar box and bramble. Powerful and well constructed this is a 10 year plus cellaring option yet for now it offers tightly packed dark fruits with a bright flourish and firm, pervasive tannins. Exceptionally long finish.
