One of Bremerton’s flagship reds. Stately bottle: tall, slim and heavy. Bottled under DIAM cork (hidden under a small paper cap). Fermentation in open vats. 22 months maturation in new and seasoned American and French Oak. Vegan friendly winemaking.
Bremerton, Old Adam, Shiraz, Langhorne Creek, 2020
Opaque garnet in colour. Deep and full aromas of with blood plum, ganache, blackcurrant, potpourri, licorice, white pepper and sweet new oak vanilla edging. Concentrated and focused. Nothing overblown in the brooding dark fruit spectrum with lingering cooking chocolate. Tightly grained tannins under the ramrod straight palate show. A fine release.
