Simply Barossa. Plush plum tea cake with baking spices, licorice, vanilla hints, chunky cracked black pepper, milk chocolate and a little boysenberry ice cream. Full bodied without a huge amount of finesse, just a lot of quality grape flavour. The HSFV crew can always be relied upon to produce a varietal, balanced product and while there’s not a lot complexity, there’s still class.
