Pale lemon colour. Feijoa and varietal dewy grassiness over toffee, grapefruit, green melon, a hint of bitter tonic water and light passionfruit seed. Stays fresh and vibrant while being a little serious with drying, grippy phenolics. Acid is kept in check to be refreshing but not cutting. Fruit driven but not tart, well balanced. Served with flash fried school prawns or whitebait.
