Very pale straw in colour with green highlights. Punchy passionfruit pulp and lime citrus dominate the aromas with celery leaf and malt biscuit. Juicy, bright palate with puckering acidity. Flavours of green apple, easy white stone fruit and limey citrus. Finishes quickly with little carry of flavour.
