Love Not War, Fiano, Sicily, 2021

Medium straw hue. Nose of lemon shortbread, biscuit dough, lime juice citrus, almond croissant and white stone fruit. Carrying a little weight through the palate with easy phenolics giving a dry, grippy feel. Savoury, nutty tones to complement lime citrus acidity. Short-ish finish but clean. Good bistro fare with a schnitzel.
