Pale and pure hue. Intense lemon with lime citrus hint, grated wasabi, lemongrass stalk, a touch of rich lees influence and waxy birthday candle. Some phenolic grip giving texture, weight and shape under flavours of apple and lemon. Hunter acidity slicing and biting to a juicy finish. Has instant appeal.
