Made from the pressings of the The Chase and Hunter’s Semillons. Nothing goes to waste at Gundog. Offering 42 grams per litre of residual sugar, this “Off-Dry” a low alcohol due to the process of stopping fermentation early to retain those natural sugars.

Very pale lemon in colour. Stone fruit, lemon drop lolly, green melon, pink apple and soft leafy herbaceous quality.  Balance is key to an off-dry style, needing to be beyond syrup/grape juice, Gundog do it well here with vibrancy of acidity still cutting through the slippery plushness. A little phenolic grip from the solids adds further depth. Offers multiple applications for food matching.
