Interesting that this new release doesn’t yet feature on the Fourth Wave Wine website just yet. I can only assume usual EITR winemaker Corey Ryan. is on board here again. No mention of varieties.
Elephant In The Room, Monumental, Rosé, South Australia, 2023
Very very pale, almost onion skin. Lightly floral with cherry and raspberry fruits, a touch of hibiscus, talc powder, fairy floss, blood orange, rose and musk. Very lightly flavoured with little intensity or drive. Stops very short with a dry close and a little grip.
