“The Bare Touch” wines are the “bleed off” free run juice from Fourth Wave Wine’s Cowpunk Range. Nose to tail….nothing goes to waste. Made by the very talented Aaron Mercer and bottled in clear glass under diam “cork” and with minimal labelling. Intended to be consumed immediately.

Medium cerise to ruby. Plum juice, cherry, Christmas pudding, white pepper and an inherent ‘dampness.’ Round and plump with a bright and lifted finish. Not complex, but that’s not the intention. There’s some quality fruit tucked away and careful winemaking to make this quite delicious.
