Garnet core with a touch of bricking to the edge. Dusty Cabernet blackcurrant and cassis with clove and anise spice. Fleshy choc mint, plum, Christmas cake and a touch of development with meaty beef pan jus. The time in bottle has allowed the tannins to integrate and for the the flesh to open. Lingering mint and good length. Ready to go now.
