Warming baking spices, black currant, cedar, hints of mocha, biscuit base, shredded mint, dried violets and dried blackberries. Sweet and plush up front with a nutty base. Sour, fine and drying tannins with blackcurrant flesh, licorice, mint and vanillan oak. A little warm and disjointed for the moment, there’s good bones and hedonistic enjoyment.
