The white wine release of the serious labels from this famous Hunter Valley vineyard. Part of a greater stable that includes Pepper Tree with ownership by the Davis family. Winemaker is Alex Beckett.

Briar Ridge, Dairy Hill, Semillon, Hunter Valley, 2022

Lemongrass, verbena, kaffir lime leaf, a little reduction, flint and a touch of orange tic tac to mandarin pith. Textural and with some surprising generosity. Hunter acid drive with a tight, dry finish. Well structured and still so primary.
