Mitchelton are in the central Victorian region of Nagambie Lakes, however they have some vines in the Yarra where this fruit comes from. The blend is Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Chief Winemaker was Nat Cleghorn.

Mitchelton, Preece, Nouveau Red, Yarra Valley, 2022

Medium cerise to garnet. Fragrant and lifted. Blueberry and pepper with milk chocolate, raspberry, meaty burnt ends and a little anise. Crunchy fruit profile with dark berries and a meaty char undertone. Lightly framed with slightly tacky fruit tannins. Finishes clean and crisp.
