Pale lemon in colour with green highlights. Floral and lifted. There’s a little touch of residual sugar (though technically classed as dry) that creeps the nose into light tropical and stone fruit territory over varietal lime sorbet, green apple, a touch of rosewater/powder puff, a little elderflower and talc. Intense and refreshing. ‘Thirst™’ lolly with exuberant lemon/lime citrus and puckering green apple acidity. The little cheeky wink of sugar softens and rounds the palate before it tightens up narrows. An absolute no brainer in any spicy S-E Asian restaurant and even better as a BYO option.
