Mitchelton are in the central Victorian region of Nagambie Lakes and take this fruit from nearby King Valley, home to Prosecco (a.k.a. Glera).

Expansive lace on the pour, fast tight bead. Easy lime citrus, green apple and pear skin, a touch of honeysuckle from the residual sugar and chalk dust. Slightly coarse mousse to start and a little creamy through the mid palate to an expected zesty and bright finish. Does exactly what it says on the bottle.
