Nagambie was hit with some pretty serious flooding at the end of 2022, so the fact that there’s any wines from the region is a testament to the producers. Winemaker was Nat Cleghorn.
Mitchelton, Preece, Sauvignon Blanc, Nagambie, 2023

Very pale hue with green highlights. Neatly pungent. Gooseberry and passionfruit over blackberry leaf, box hedge, straw green capsicum and green melon. Clean and balanced with tempered pungency, citrus drive being preferred. Expected green tones with melon and passionfruit flesh before limey citrus zest.
