Longview, Fortuna, Sparkling Rosato, Nebbiolo, Adelaide Hills, 2021

Pale dusky orange hue. Fast, hyperfine beading. Fabulous nose: ‘Cherry Ripe,’ choc orange, pink rock salt, musk and rosewater, fine brown spices and a little fresh kidskin leather. Incredibly tight and refined mousse. Straight line palate with intense acid drive and long length. A little chalkiness through the tail with very good persistence that grows and grows. A fine first release of this ‘trial.’
