Chaffey Bros Wine Co, Not your Grandma’s Rosé, Barossa Valley, 2023

Very pale dusky pink hue. Fragrant and lifted: Redcurrant, Turkish Delight, white stone fruit and cherry blossom underwritten with blood orange citrus, fresh plucked grass and little pink salt. Tension and flavour with toothsome texture and fine length. Great precision in winemaking to have it bone dry and crisp, with plenty of lingering florals. Highly drinkable!
