Pale lemon. Sea spray, plenty of flint and struck match, lemon zest, candied fig, lemon drop lollies, white lilies, a touch of oatmeal and a stony calmness. Fleshy and deep. Plenty of up front bittersweet fruit balanced by savoury, textural layers and a neat focus of mouth watering acidity.
