Deep garnet. Ripe blue plum, blackberry pastille, shiny black olive, licorice, milk chocolate, tar, vanilla essence and cedar oak spice. Slick and modern. Embraces the riper Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon profile. Juicy youthfulness spikes dark fruit with the right amount of oak spice. Neat and proper Cabernet tannin profile that gives a firm structure plenty of length. Great value for the dollars.
