CRAMER, Chardonnay, Tumbarumba, 2023
Pale lemon hue. Oak influence with barley water, vanilla over water cracker, nougat, grapefruit, star jasmine blossom and a little briny influence. Mid weight with plenty of yellow citrus and white stone fruit flesh, emboldened with the oak frame. Finishing tight, savoury with that sandy, briny tone and some bouncing acidity.
