Very pale hue with green highlights. Some richness upfront akin to barley water, lemon drop, melting butter, lime juice, lemon zest, golden delicious apple and little brine. Varietal Hunter signature acidity tempered by that extra bulk. Lemon and yellow apple flesh, a little phenolic rasp and tight focused finish that finishes refreshingly dry.
