Named after a local geological feature. Entry level but no means a lesser wine. Utilising some of the medium pressings from each Riesling block (machine harvest) rather than just free run juice. Cool ferment in stainless steel with an inoculated yeast.

Castle Rock Estate, Skywalk, Riesling, Porongurup, 2024

Very pale lemon hue. Fresh and spring-like on the nose: citrus runs to lemon and waxy citrus blossom, with star fruit / carambola, linen sheets, tonic water like bitterness and a little candle wax. A little firmer than the Estate, with an approachable structure and generosity. Still plenty of acidity and drive with echoes of flint and fly spray in the very dry finish.
