Medium deep ruby hue. Fragrant and pretty. Ganache, beetroot chocolate brownies, blueberry, raspberry, liqueur cherry, blue steak, easy cedar with some green peppercorn spice. Medium, but silky in the flesh. Bright and crisp through the tail. Easy flow, hyper fine mesh like tannins that allow youthful consumption but still point to a medium cellaring potential.
