First Ridge, Pinot Grigio, Mudgee, 2024

A faint bronzing to the hue. Fine and fresh, with savoury and nutty undertones to the varietal brown and nashi pear, freshness of daisy tea, preserved lemon and salad rocket. A little sweet toasted brown spices linger. Dry and crisp. Savoury spectrum with regional acidity biting fast and hard. Balanced and refreshing.
