The Jaraman series sees blending from prime regions for the varieties. This time we get the best of South Australia’s Cabernet country with a blend of Clare Valley (51%) and Coonawarra (49%). Another release covered in little gold (and silver) stickers from local and international wine shows through 2024.

Layered and full: Milk chocolate and After Dinner Mint, dusty cassis, bay leaf, folded young eucalypt leaf, deep purple violets, fresh cedary oak, rich sugo and blackberry conserve. Slick and rich: savoury dark herb and bay with a tight intensity. The tannins hyperfine and mesh. The flavours weave between cool mint, fleshy cassis and cedary oak, lasting long and balanced. Possibly the best of the Jaraman range.
