Pale to medium straw. Lime juice, white stone fruit, flaky pastry, soft cinnamon and warm apple, fleshy grapefruit, touches of wet sand, orange blossom and Jersey caramel. Fleshy and spiced with soft phenolics. Fuller end of Chardonnay spectrum but retains limey, juicy acidity. Good balance through the finish with well judged oak.
