Deep crimson to garnet. Kitchen herbs over black jelly bean, boysenberry, deep cherry and pastille fruit. Savoury and spiced edges: licorice all sorts and bresaola add a little depth. Mid weight frame: juicy and bright focus with a scattering of soft, yet fuzzy tannin. Balanced and drinkable: Big tumblers and BBQ lamb forequarter chops ahoy.
