More colour than previous releases: this one being a light ruby cerise. Musk sticks, dry raspberry jelly crystals, strawberry pulp, pink grapefruit, Warheads™ watermelon confectionary, dried guava, pink rock salt and a hint of double whipped cream. Savoury focus. Plenty of flavour: though finishing dry, steers away from being wan and thin. There’s a food friendly salinity that runs like a vein through the wine. Neat balance and will handle a little spice in your preferred dish.
